    Tohatsu 18HP 2000 runs only with choke on

    Hi All, After going over a wave my tohatsu 18hp 2001 model outboard will only run with the choke 3/4 of the way on! Any ideas please fuel filter looks ok but is this the problem? Any ideas? tks
