My 70hp Evinrude(1976) Idles fine and if I can get it at top speed it does well, but throttleong mid way is when it boggs down like its starving for fuel. Have cleaned carbs replaced fuel lines and checked over fuel pump. I read about someone having info on this situation on a JOHNSON SERVICE...
