I have a 2004 90hp Johnson 4 stroke. The problem is when you take off "WOT" the motor feels sluggish. Only able to get about 4500 rpm's. And then after about a minute or less it feels as if something gives way and the rpm's shoot up to about 6000 and the boat feels as if it is running like it is...
