No power to electric fuel pump

well, sounds like you need to find the fuel pump relay and test that to see if it is getting key on power and if the relay is operating at all and if it has 12+ to one side of the contact and sends power out the other side

No power to electric fuel pump

that is the reason I posted to Jeff a out what he was saying

9.9 to 20 HP Suzuki that doesn't go to full speed well

I guess this oil hose you speak of is the fuel line to the motor, and you are pumping the bulb. Is this 20 also a 4 stroke motor? do you think the motor is overheating or low on oil or low oil pressure causing the RPM limiter to slow down the rpms?

No power to electric fuel pump

there should be 12v+ to the pump as long as the key is in the on position. He needs to figure out how to test to make sure he does or does not have it at the pump at key on, before he goes any other direction

No power to electric fuel pump

that was suppose to be why do you think he has power only for a moment when first turning on the key? he never wrote that.

No power to electric fuel pump

I believe the pump gets power at key on, but the ecu tells it when to rim by completing the negative side. so, are you getting 12V + at key on?

    Flushing OX66 200hp saltwater series.

I would think if you start having overheating problems, then you do something different than what you have been doing

Yamaha Trim Tilt Switch Side Mount Remote Wire Connection

he did mention bullet connectors, and those were the only ones I knew of on the 703

Yamaha Trim Tilt Switch Side Mount Remote Wire Connection

yeah, those bullet connectors are so you can add another switch somewhere on the boat. I added one on my poling platform, so I could lower the motor while poling in shallow water to stop the boat from moving when I wanted it to stay put while casting at reds I was seeing

    Bleeding Oil Injection Yamaha 60tlrc

did you check for spark? compression, spark and spark timing are the easy things to test , if all of those are good the it would be the fuel to air ratio ,but that is not as easy to check

    Bleeding Oil Injection Yamaha 60tlrc

did anything say to mix up some 50 to1 gas and run the motor on that.? mark the oil level in the oil tank to make sure it goes down so you know it is pumping. you should notice when it has double oil from the smoking

    F115 stalls at low rpm

that just does not sound right

    F115 stalls at low rpm

yes it could. anything that leaks fuel out can cause air to get in

    F115 stalls at low rpm

if the filter is leaking fuel when pumping the bulb that means it's sucking in air when under a vacuum. fix that and see if that takes care of your problem

    F115 stalls at low rpm

my guess is the fuel cooler is plugged or restricted causing the fuel in it to vaporize. maybe you need to let the motor idle for a little while befor shutting it off after a high speed run to let the motor cool down some

    Crank seal issue?

That looks like #2 is charge coil , #3 is lighting coil #4 (Only one)pulser coil , & #5 is crank position sensor definitely different set up than my C40 hopefully you have a service manual that will give you specs and procedures for testing everything

    Crank seal issue?

spark timing at idle is about 7 I guess, but you need to see if it advances to maybe 25 if that is what your service manual calls for just disconnected the pointer on the cdi at linkage and moved it by hand while motor was idling to see both were in spec, on my 1999 C40 I guess your 70 is like...

    Crank seal issue?

I would make sure the spark timing is in spec and that it advances in spec also, by using a timing light. If a cylinder is not burning the fuel properly there will be some fuel/oil mix going out thru the exhaust. very hard to make sure spark is happening on all plugs when there is loss of power...
