I noticed yesterday there was a leak from the plastic hex screw on the canister next to the hydraulic lift..a bunch of hydraulic fuel spilled out. i guess it was so tight the plastic o-ring around the screw looked flat... should i just tighten it enough but not all the way? i unscrewed the screw...
I recently purchased a boat with a 90hp 2000 merc outboard. Took it to get service and they said it had great compression. Had the carbs cleaned, fuel pump replaced, all hoses and fuel lines replaced in the engine, and engine serviced.
