    Merc 150 surges after going a while. I turn off then cant get it started till it cools. what gives?

    Merc outboard150-surges when hot

    Merc 150 starts fine when cool after a while of <br />crusing it surges. I turn it off it wont start.<br />when its cool it starts. Any thoughts?
