    I have a 1983 glastron with 3.8L omc motor with 800 series sterndrive. When I first get on the lake it runs great but after an hour it starts to idle rough and is hard to start. I'm new to owning a boat and would like to fix myself if possible.

    I have a 1983 glastron with 1981 omc i/o, I want to change the oil in the sterndrive but not sure what to use. It looks like the same oil would be used for the upper and lower unit.
