I have a 96 40 hp force/merc built, when operating atslow speeds works fine, but when i give it more throttle it revs up but does not speed up! I installed brand new prop from dealer, it didnt cure my problem. feeels like it is slipping like a auto trans does in a car. any ideas on how to fix...
