i have a 850 merc 1973 i dont know how to move the locking hooks that attach to the tilt pin ,does anyone know of a lever all anything to unlock them or move them?i have to keep pulling out the tilt pin to move the motor up or down how to i un hook the hooks that clamp to the pin i see a spring...
