Need help. I have a 130 Evinrude 1997. Model# E130TXAUM. Everything works fine on the tilt/trim except for the reverse lockout. Motor raises in reverse under throttle. Fluid is full and no air, no leaks and holds rock solid in any position. The tilt trim is the Fastrack model. Any help in this...
