I have a '96 Force 75 with what appears to be a small restrictor plate of sorts mounted on the upper right hand corner of the carb inlet. Anyone know the purpose of this? Just wondering if it was used to "detune" the motor for a lower hp rating or something. Considered removing it, but I'd...
