After a rebuild my Nissan 3.5A 2 cycle seems to be running really rich. Oil is dripping out of the exhaust. I assume the mixture is adjusted by the snap ring in the pin that runs thru the center of the carb. Where should this be adjusted.
Thanks for any help or other ideas.
