I have a 2000 honda 8 h.p. motor and the water coming out of the water line does not get warm and the side of the cylinder is luke warm. I suspect a stuck thermostat. Does anyone have any ideas of where the thermostat is on this motor and the procedure for replacing it? The motor is loading up...
