I just had carb rebuilt and replaced points etc. Runs rough at full throttle. Seems like it could go faster than it is. Someone suggested a different prop. I have a 16' Crestliner 1963 with a 1967 Merc 650. The prop is 13X15. Any suggestion or comments would be helpful.
