I have a 79 evinrude 150. the trim motor runs in both directions and it will go down a little but it will not go up. when the trim is activated upward it seems it is trying to push but hydraulic fluid leaks around the rod. Is there seal kit to replace or rebuild the two cylinders. Also does...
