I have a newer Tohatsu 9.8. The engine starts first time and runs great at low revs when cruising around the harbor. When I go to higher revs to get on a plane the engine will sometimes starve and run very rough. If I pump the bulb the engine starts to run great then slowly goes back to rough...
Removed the lower unit on my Tohatsu 9.8 4 stroke. Serviced the impeller but now the lower unit won't go back on the leg. Gear shift shaft wont fit. Any step by step advice? Thanks.
