    15 johnson shifter problem

    i have a 1980 johnson 15 horse j15rcsd never had a problem with motor until yesterday could not get the motor out of forward until i messed with tiller handle and turning prop while it is running i can shift in any gear . but if it stalls while in forward i cant get it back to neautral to start...
