    Selectric Idle Stop Position

    I have an old 1960's Evinrude Selectric control box hooked up to a 1973 Johnson and I'm unsure what the positions of the idle stop screw are. If I screw it out further will the engine shut off at lower rpm or higher? I had it running and started to mess with the idle stop and now I can't get it...
