For some reason my motor will only run up to 4000RPM? Ive got spart, compression is fine, last time I looked the carbs were clean, its timed properly, I put in a new trigger assembly, everything seems fine? What could be the cause of my problem? I just had a mechanic buddy of mine look it over...
