    84 Mercury 115hp

    I need help,,, I purchased a new starter, a new battery after putting them both in my boat, I cant get the starter to turn the flywheel over quickly, it only turns about a half turn at a time..... I was curious if the Solenoid is going bad would this cause the starter not to have enough juice...
