77 evinrude 140 ,my control hangs up just fwd of neutral.had it apart several times thought i had it then it locked up again will go fwd but not all the way back to neutral or rev.does not seem to be much wear inside.some oround the detent ball.cleaned and lubed up.is there a sequence of reassy...
