    '97 25hp Evinrude - no go under load

    Hey gang - just picked up this 3 cylinder which had been sitting for 4 years and was full of old gas.<br /><br />I put in 3 carb kits and all jets are clean as well as new gas. I cleaned the fuel line from the tank and dipped the carbs. It starts on first crank but will idle on 1/4 choke only...
