    Ok I have my engine all hooked up, starts fine choke works great all electircal works but when I turn the key off the engine doesn't shut off.     1960 40hp Johnson Seahorse wiring

    I have recently picked up this engine. It is electric start and I am not to good in this department any help on how to set it up would be awsome. Also is there a charging system built right into the engine? <br />Thanks
