I have a Johnson 60 horsepower 2-stroke engine roughly 1975 struggling to start just splutters and cuts out or revs high and cuts out. The red manual primer lever inside is loose and sometimes leaks fuel if pulled out slightly. Been sitting for 12 months but apparently was running then however...
