I have a new to me 1999 Johnson 50HP 2 Stroke J50ELEER on a 24' pontoon. The engine starts fine and runs in high idle but once I lower the idle lever on the controller, it sputters and dies. I have removed both carbs and cleaned and replaced internals with a carb kit. Both spark plugs replaced...
