    1982 Merc 90 HP not starting

    Hello All! New to the group. Tried to fire up an 82 Merc 90HP. Replaced the battery before starting it up. I noticed the starter had a hard time turning the Flywheel. I attempted to spin the flywheel myself and it does take a bit of effort to spin although it does spin. Using the pull rope also...
