Finally installed my "new" used lower unit on 2000 Johnson 115. I rebuilt the water pump as suggested. I'm not saying I didn't do anything incorrectly but I was very diligent about making sure the impellor was installed correctly. etc and it seemd to move fine manually., Anyway Motor would...

Need some help/advice. 3 cylinders on the outboard are registering 140 PSI however 1 cylinder is at 100 PSI. I don't have the money for a rebuild or replacement at this time, will the outboard be ok for a short fishing season here in the NorthEast? What can I expect? Really crappy performance or...
