Hi I have been working on1967 40hp Johnson And stumped. I redid the points condensers rebuilt carburetor changed the impeller.
I get it to run in a tank but for some reason there is no water coming out to cool it? Could the impeller be stuck? Is there anything else that could block this ?intake...
