    1969 9.5 hp. won't start

    I have a 69 9.5 hp that doesn't even sound like it it trying to start. Not even a sputter. It has spark and is getting plenty of fuel. What could the problem be ? Thanks for any help.

    1993 Force 50hp

    Motor runs fine until you put it to full throttle, then it over heats, seems like not enough water going thru pee hole, any suggestions for solving this problem.
