Hi
I've lost the key to my Hidea 15hp outboard. It worked first time every time. I'm trying to use the pull start but doesn't seem to be working at all. Is there a switch or cut off switch on the engine or any other reason why it's not pull starting?
I have the safety key on the lead running...
