    225 RUNNING TEMP

    Recently re-powered from 1989 175 to 1994 225, is the 225 going to runner warmer than my 175 did?? I ran it it at the lake for the first time this weekend and seemed to run alot warmer that my crossflow did. This is according to my gauge which is a an OMC w/ the green and red range..no degrees...

    MAGNET REPLACMENT IN FLYWHEEL

    Just purchased a 1994 johnson 225.... after I got it home and hung it, upon further inspevtion found the magnets on the flywheel had come loose. I had this happen on my older crossflow and just epoxied hem back in place. Is there any specifics besides prep and re-installing ???

    OIL PUMP ON OX66

    How often do these oil pumps fail, is it due to wear ?? I am looking to purchase a 97 250ox66 but am a bit paranoid of the oil pump, what is the life of one of these pumps ? I have also heard you can disc the o2 sensor and pre-mix ?? Need yamaha adv :confused: ise, THANKS
