I have a 1999 fourwinns 245 with a 5.7 sx Volvo penta system
With a full boat I can no longer get up on plane. It seams to starve for fuel. If it was a car I would look for a restricted filter.
i have replaced the fuel flow valve,high pressure fuel pump, checked timing.
until approx 2500 rpm it...
