Had a gear lube leak on a 96 Alpha one Gen 2 outdrive, took off the lower on the outdrive and it turned out being a bad seal on the drive selector, replaced it and put everything back together, ran the boat, it shifted into drive real smooth, shifted into reverse and it makes a grinding noise...
