I have 1990 150 Evinrude that runs fine for the first 15 minutes in the water. After that when I get up to 3000 rpm, it starts spitting and sputters and the motor starts to vibrate, will not go past 3000 rpms. I can slow the motor down to 2500 rpm and it runs fine. Been to the shop several times...
