Running normal coming in when prop sounded like it wasn't all the way in the water, then sound got progressively louder and I lost thrust. Checked prop and spins freely in neutral and engaged in gear. Had to keep motoring to tuck into calmer water. I ran boat at 2000 rpm and 7 mph (very noisy)...
