Hi!! I'am about to buy an used Mercury seapro 15hp 2 stroke motor but it won't start. There is no spark in any of the cylinders. I disconnected the blk/yllow stop wire but still the same thing. I tested the resistance for the stator and trigger. The stator shows on range value (about 300 ohm)...
