Chased a leaking fuel (bottom carb) issue for awhile. 1993 Mercury Blackmax 150. I pinched off the line from the enrichment valve and walla no more fuel leaking. Just wanted to share that cause I spent soooo much time rebuilding carbs, etc. to no avail. As a side note if you have owned a boat...
