    '05 Mercury 40hp r stroke efi bogs at high speed

    Motor runs perfect at idle and up to 2,200 rpm, any more throttle and it falls on its face, misses sputters and will not go... I'm guessing a fuel issue, I changed fuel line and prime bulb and spark plugs, didn't make a difference.
