    Whining 3.0

    I have a 3.0 which is making a noise I thought it was the alternator after researching better found it is not . Sounds like coming from the back of engine not metal on metal. more of a whine this engine does have a power steering cooler on it. thanks for any help

    mercruiser 3.0

    I get water in the #1 cylinder, I checked compression the number ! was filled with water, Thinking it was a head gas I sent the head out to have it done repaired a bad valve (from water) put I put it back together same problem . so I bought a new manifold and riser I put it back together...
