I am new to the forum. I have a 1974 75hp Chrysler Outboard. New battery and ignition. problem show up after installing the new battery. The outboard will not crank fast enough to start the engine. After it sits for an hour or so the crank speed is there. But if it doesn't start I loose the speed.
