    1994 200 HP 2.5 L Mercury

    I had the water pump replaced yesterday. Today I go to start up boat and it will not idle in neutral. This never happened before. Mechanic said he took it for a run yesterday but when I tried to put it in reverse it kept stalling out. Any feedback?
