Motor runs fine in idle or low rpms. It smokes a little at low rpms. It starts hesitating/jumping/stalling (??) and smokes a lot worse when you increase speed rpms just as soon as you do. Was only spitting out a little water, cleaned line out, more water is flowing now. Water coming out is not...
