    Water Impeller replacement not pumping water

    Hello I replaced the water impeller in my yamaha 2002 8hp outboard however it not pumping water at the tell tail anymore. I have rebuilt the water pump twice with no luck. Is there anything worth checking for going to a dealer? Thanks
