    25 hp Merc 4 stroke electric start keeps blowing 20a fuse

    I have a 25 hp Merc outboard that keeps blowing the 20a fuse in the starting curcuit. I put in a 30a fuse and same thing. Battery is good, checked voltage at battery while running and get 14.6v. Where should I focus to check.
