I have a 1988 245 vista with the 5.7 liter omc cobra out drive. The trim tilt goes down fine, but whe i try to raise it i have to keep pressing the up switch several time before/if the trim engages. My outdrive also dosent seem to come up fast or the way it has been. It just seems to me like...
