We have developed a problem on our 60hp fourstroke bigfoot that we are losing rpm once past 1/2 throttle it starts fine runs sweet idles good it has had a new fuel pump new plugs the carbs all seem good. On a dynometer it reaches full rpm once in the water the motor will just not get past 4500...
