I have a 1991 75 HP Mercury outboard 2 stroke but oil injected (don't have to mix oil and gas).
It's always started and ran great. Thought I had just flooded it as it wouldn't start.
Put n new plugs still wont start.
If I manually open the throttle on the engine it will start and run. Any ideas...
