    Johnson 150 fuel issues

    I have a 1999 Johnson 150 outboard that has a few issues.. After looking around I found that my primer call would go soft immediately after starting the motor... I replaced that and the fuel line and now when I pump the ball gas comes out of the bottom 4 carbs.. And the ball never gets firm...
