    what year is my motor

    hello i'm new to all this so bare with me. i have a 1978 24' playcraft pontoon with a 60hp mariner 2 stroke made in japan.number on the tag is 675 L 32784.need to find out what yr.would like to know what fule/oil ratio for this motor.
