Ok, I have what I believe is a 1994 40HP Force 0E022565 that I can not get to catch. It had been in storage for a couple of years and I did get it to cough and catch one time, nothing since. I will list out what I have done and checked. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Waiting on my manual...
